UK Terms and Conditions

When we speak of ‘us’ or ‘we’ we are referring to the company ‘Artful Expressions’. 
When we talk about ‘you’ we refer to ‘you the customer’. 

Cancellation of order by us 
Artful Expressions reserve the right to deny shipping to any customer for any reason.  If an order has been placed and we wish to deny shipping we will make a full refund to you (the customers) at our earliest convenience (usually the same day, not including bank holidays and weekends).

Cancellation of order by you 
So, here’s the deal: Once you hit that “Place Order” button, our production wizards spring into action faster than you can say “custom-made magic.” Your order zooms straight into production mode, tailored specifically for you and the options you have selected. That’s right, it’s your own personalised masterpiece in the making. So, before you commit to hitting “buy,” just make sure you’re absolutely, positively thrilled with your choice. Once the payment’s in, there’s no turning back – our production team doesn’t do cancellations as they start working on your order straight away. It’s all part of the custom-made adventure! We will say that its very hard to place an order by mistake as you have to go through several steps including selecting the product, adding your address, email, phone number and then entering your payment details, if at this point you are still making all these mistakes and filling in your details for an item you don’t want then we would suggest ignoring the big button that says ‘Place Order’ because its likely to result in an order being placed.

Payment Methods
We except Credit and Debit Card, Apple Pay and Klarna (through Stripe pay) as secure methods of payment.  

Shipping Address
The shipping address is the address given by you to us on the checkout screen before proceeding to make payment.  We will only ship to the shipping address you provide.  It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address details so we  can send your item/s to the correct shipping address.  We take no responsibility for any wrong information given and any lost or delayed mail that may arise as a consequence. Double check your address is right, it take seconds but can save a lot of trouble for yourself.

Shipping Times
Approximate shipping times are advertised on the product page and our shipping page, however due to unforeseen circumstances these times are only an estimate and delivery times may be longer than expected.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed items as delivery times are subject to the Royal Mails own delivery times. In line with the Royal Mails own missing items policy we do not regard an item missing until after 15 working days have passed from the date of posting (not including the date of postage).  This period of time is made up of 3 working days for expected delivery and 12 working days for delayed delivery.  Luckily mail very rarely goes missing and any mail that does go missing is investigated fully by us as we take missing mail very seriously.

We ask our customers to be patient if they are waiting for items to be delivered.  We have no control over the Royal Mails delivery times and can only tell our customers what they tell us.   Thankfully its very rare items are delayed or go missing, they normally turn up in good time or as an extreme before the end of the 15 working day period.

Product and Shipping Prices
We have tired to make sure all displayed shipping prices (Free Shipping) and product prices are correct.  If for what ever reason the product price is wrong (due to human or technical error) then we reserve the right to cancel any order and amend any wrong information.  The customer can then proceed with a new order if they wish.

The use of Other Couriers
From time to time we may choose to use couriers other than the Royal Mail for delivery of goods. At such times you will be notified by email of the company who will be delivery your items.

Made to Order Items
All our items are high quality tailor-made to order products, you select the size, style or quantity of the item you require and we have the item/s made especially for you using our fantastic artwork. We do our best to make sure the items you order arrive with you in good order but, in the unlikely event your item reaches you in an undesirable condition we would be only to happy to resolve this. Please contact us on the day you receive the item and provide photographs of any issues. This can be done via our product contact form which can be found here. We will then talk with our production team to arrange a replacement. Please note if the items are as advertised then tailor-made items are non refundable as per distance selling regulations.
